I had a second run interview this early morning from The first American Corporation for my summer internship program. I think I mess it up @@.
I had a 1st run one week ago. A lady called me to arrange a phone interview on the day after the call. it took me about 50 mins and run out my all t-mobile prepaid balance (it's about 20 dollars). after the phone interview, i did not hear any back from the company althought the lady told me she will send me a confirmation email for my 2nd round interview very soon. As time passed by, i thought i had been ruled out of their list. Accidentally, i got a phone call from the lady on this tuesday. she scheduled a 2nd interview for me with her manager. the manager called me this early morning. it took me about 50 mins (yes, it's about 20 dollars again @@). i think i mess up the opportunity. the manager was nice, but i was just not good enough to express my thoughts and to answer his questions confidently in english. i hate phone interview. why didn't we just do it in person. i believe it would be much better for me. yeah, it's all about english, damn it !!!
After the interview, i sent the manager a thank you note via email as following. and he replied immediately, says," not at all, my thanks to you. work on being more confident ....your edcuation and work experience will take care of the rest. you did fine." does that mean i'm out...it probably does.
however, this is my interview experience in the US, share with you guys. it's for sure that i will have to come up with more confidence and practice my english both in oral and written even much more.
