one of my colleagues is resigning. he is a newer here for only like 2 weeks.
the reason he descripts is kind of having thoughts b/t family and career.
he can't adopt the culture that overtime forever and put his family like nobody.
he has marriage, wife, kids, parents....he can't stand wasting life in this way.
so, what do you think?
another colleague is very not happy with having workload too hard and can't get paid from the OT
the manager says this is all your duty, it's all about your responsibilities.
the reason other two colleagues are allowed is becoz they are taking four persons' works and i knew you are not.
so, how do you think?

well, i would say ???
do yourself, color your life, and blueprint your future
any reason is acceptiable to get a better life.
so, what im gonna to? yes, i'm blogging this to get another exit :D
